Our rentals are not downtown. This is intentional.
Only 14% of Seattleites live in the downtown area. Most of Seattle's 800,000 residents live spread across various neighborhoods of low to medium density. Our rentals are positioned in these vibrant neighborhoods, outside the bustle of downtown, but still fully connected by Seattle's excellent transit systems. This makes all that Seattle has to offer convenient and accessible, while ensuring your place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing or business travel ends with the sanctuary, safety and serenity of residential Seattle.
